My favorite breakfast smoothie - muscle growth guaranteed.

This is a fast and easy breakfast that’s perfect for someone that doesn’t want to spend much time preparing food in the morning. All you need is a blender.


Ingredients:


1 x apple.

100 gram cottage cheese.

80 grams rolled oats.

A handful of walnuts.


Cut up the apple and add everything to the blender. I always mix it with water because I don’t want to add any unnecessary calories. But feel free to add milk, almond milk or whatever you prefer of course. Just know that with water it tastes just fine.


It will take about 5 minutes to prepare and consume and your body will thank you for feeding it properly.


Hope you like this recipe and that the fact it has cottage cheese in it doesn't scare you. I promise you won’t taste much of it and you will get all the good protein it gives you. If you really don't like cottage cheese, just add the whey protein.
