Don't want to miss out on getting lean, gaining muscle and eating pastry like snacks. Try out the recipe below. It's a light high protein snack that has everything you need. It's perfect for when you're in a rush in the morning, as a pre or post workout snack or any other time in between meals. It has everything you need, a good amount of protein, good carbohydrates and omega 3 packed chia seeds.
What you need:
200 grams of whole wheat flour.
3 scoops protein powder (I used vanilla).
2 eggs.
300 grams of Greek yoghurt (either 0% or 5% fat).
50 grams of Chia seeds.
1 tea spoon of baking powder.
Lemon juice.
Lime juice.
Lemon zest.
Lime zest.

Directions:
Pre heat the oven on 180 degrees celsius.
Add the flour, whey protein, chia seeds and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
Add all wet ingredients to the mixture of dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
The amount of lemon and lime juice for this recipe is just one whole lemon and one whole lime.
Add the lemon and lime zest to the mixture to make sure that lemony taste bakes in there.
Add the complete mixture into an oven tray and bake for about 20 minutes on 180 degrees celsius.
Enjoy!
Tip: keep them fresh for about 3-4 days in the fridge. If you like them more sweet you can always add 1 or 2 table spoons of organic honey to the mixture. I personally don't think it's necessary but always feel free to experiment.
