Dijon Chicken Salade

Eating your veggies was never so easy. This protein packed salade is perfect for everyone looking to lose weight, stay healthy or just wants a healthy delicious meal.
This is the type of meal I eat when I need to bring my weight down for a competition for example. It still allows you to keep eating and get energized while losing bodyfat at the same time.
If you want to get back in shape don't stop eating! Eat more lean protein and eat more veggies. A meal like this fit perfectly in any diet and prevents you from crashing.
What you need:
200 grams of chicken breast.
Half an avocado.
Lean bacon (turkey bacon is extra lean).
Black beans.
Cherry tomatoes.
Fetta cheese.
Fresh baby spinach.
What you need for the dressing:
Honey.
Dijon mustard.
Olive oil.
Pepper (black).
Water.

Directions:
Cut the chicken in cubes and set aside.
Mix a table spoon of honey with a table spoon of mustard and olive oil. Add pepper and a splash of water. Stir well. This is your dressing and I also use it to marinade the chicken.
Mix a bit of the dressing with the chicken and let it stand.
Add the bacon to a large frying pan, make sure the fat comes out of the bacon before adding the chicken.
Grab a bowl and make a bed of fresh baby spinach, add the cherry tomatoes, black beans, cubes of fetta and avocado.
Once the chicken is well cooked and it to the bowl together with the bacon and finish the salade off with the rest of the dressing.
