Having a sweet tooth and you're on a diet? This recipe is definitely for you. You won't deviade from your goals with these delicious, super healthy banana protein pancakes.

They are easy to make and perfect for breakfast or for lunch. These pancakes have the all the fuel you need to conquer this day!

What you need:

  • 3 scoops of whey protein.

  • 50 grams of oat flour.

  • 2 mashed bananas.

  • 2 eggs.

  • 1 tea spoon of baking powder.

  • A pinch of salt.

  • 1 table spoon of olive oil (to bake).

Tip: you can easily make oat flour by blending rolled oats into a powder.

Directions:

Add all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well until you have a smooth pancake batter consistency.

Heat up the olive oil in a large frying pan and add half of the pancake batter.

I always cook these on a low heat to avoid them getting burned.

Once the top looks solid, flip the pancake and bake for another minute.

Enjoy!

This recipe makes two rather large banana protein pancakes. I like to eat them in the morning but they are also perfect after training. They have all the fuel for you to start recovering right away.
