Cooking with whey: No bake protein bars

Never leave the house again without a delicous high protein snack with these homemade protein bars.
With these protein bars you always have the perfect protein snack with you. They are very easy to make and you only need a few ingredients.
What you need:
10 table spoons of natural peanutbutter.
4 scoops of whey protein (any flavor you like will do).
100 grams of oats.
1 table spoon of honey (preferrably without added sugar).
A pinch of salt.
Crushed walnuts.

Directions:
Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Kneed it well until you have a ball of protein bar dough, you will have to get your hands dirty here.
When everything is mixed well you put the protein bar dough in a container and flatten it out. Put the container in the fridge for at least two hours. I find it's best to just leave it in the fridge overnight.
The protein bars are now ready to be cut into pieces. Make as many as you like. I made six bigger ones out of this batch but it's perfectly fine to make some smaller ones as well.
