Cooking with whey: Oatmeal protein cookies

Did you know you don't have to stop eating cookies to get fit. Check out these extremely delicous healthy oatmeal cookies.
These protein cookies are the perfect healthy snack for anyone on the go. I also enjoy these with a cup of coffee. I used to like having a sweet cookie with my coffee. Now I use these protein cookies as my healthy 'guilty' pleasure. They are sweet, fulfilling healthy and loaded with protein. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
What you need:
4 scoops of whey protein.
200 grams of oats.
1 tea spoon of baking powder.
1 table spoon of cinnamon.
2 table spoons of cacao nibs.
5 table spoons of unsweetened apple sauce.
1 egg.
a pinch of salt.

Directions:
Mix all ingredients into a large bowl and stir them well until you get a nice sticky cookie batter.
Prepare an oven tray with a baking sheet or use non stick cooking spray.
Form as many cookies as you like. Make big ones, small ones, make them however you prefer.
Once the cookies are nicely formed on the oven tray, put them in the oven on 180 degrees celsius for about 15-20 minutes.
