Cooking with whey: Protein Brownies

Get fit with eating my version of protein brownies. Not only healthy but also packed with protein!
What you need:
4 scoops of whey protein (any flavor that goes well with cacao).
200 grams of light cream cheese.
2 whole eggs.
3 egg yolks.
50 grams whole wheat flower.
a tea spoon of baking powder.
3 table spoons of cacao.
crushed walnuts.

Directions:
Pre heat the oven on 180 degrees celsius.
Mix the whey protein, whole wheat flower, baking powder and cacoa in a bowl. Add the egg yolkes and whole eggs in a separate bowl and mix them well.
Add the egg mix, cream cheese and crushed walnuts to the bowl with the powder ingredients and stir everything until you get a smooth chocolate paste.
Put everything in an oven tray and bake for about 30 minutes on 180 degrees celsius. Let cool in the fridge for 1-2 hours and enjoy!
