Cooking with whey: Pumpkin protein pancakes

This is the perfect muscle building and fat burning breakfast. On top of that, it is ridiculously delicious.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you don't want just load up on sugar. These protein pancakes will give you the fuel you need.
What you need:
3 scoops of whey protein.
100 grams of oat flour.
cinnamon to taste.
1 tea spoon of ginger.
1 tea spoon of baking powder.
2 eggs.
300 grams of mashed pumpkin.
1 table spoon of maple syrup (optional).
Olive oil (to bake).

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until you have a smooth substance. This is your pancake batter.

Add a table spoon of olive oil to a large frying pan and wait until it's hot. When the pan is hot enough add the pancake batter. Once the pancake is formed, fry until it's ready to be turned on a low heat.
Repeat until you have a respectable stack and enjoy!
Tip: I like to eat these ones with some natural peanutbutter. It makes the recipe even more tasty plus you will get all the awesomeness that paenutbutter has to offer as well!
