Lean chicken nuggets

Always wanted to eat chicken nuggets and get ripped at the same time!? Your time is now! This is the perfect protein snack for anyone that likes to indulge from time to time. Actually, these chicken nuggets can be eaten all the time. They won't make your abs dissapear.
Check out these healthy and delicious chicken nuggets below.
What you need:
3 chicken breasts.
2 eggs.
whole wheat bread crumbs.
2 table spoons of oats.
Salt, pepper, paprika powder, garlic powder and ginger powder.
Olive oil (to fry).

Cut the chicken breasts into chunks.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
Mix the bread crumbs, oats and herbs in a large bowl.
Add olive oil to a deep pan. Make sure there's just enough oil so the nuggets will be completely covered. Let the pan heat up for about 5-10 minutes.
Take each indivual chunk of chicken through the egg mixture before rolling it through the bread crumbs, oats and herbs mix.
After seasoning the nuggets put them directly in the pan and fry for about 6-8 minutes.

Tip 1: the ratio for the mix of spices is completely up to you. I always like to put in a lot of paprika powder and a lot of garlic powder compared to ginger powder for example. But if you really like the taste of ginger, who am I to say that's wrong.
Tip 2: Use a small pan. This way you don't have to use that much olive oil.
