Porridge for champions

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Not sure how accurate that is but this oatmeal breakfast bowl will give you energy for hours and will make you start your day on a positive note!


This one is not that packed with protein. To get enough protein in I usually just have a whey protein shake or some scrambled eggs on the side. Than again, if you're not training like an athlete or trying to gain weight, the extra protein is also not that important. This breakfast bowl will give you everthing you need.


It takes only 4-5 minutes to make and you will feel the benefits the whole day!


What you need:


  • Oats.

  • Unsweetened almond milk.

  • Banana.

  • Blue berries.

  • Strawberries.

  • Natural peanutbutter.


Directions:


  1. Add as much oats to a bowl as you want and mix it with the almond milk. I always warm it up in the microwave for about two minutes. If you are less lazy, it's also fine to warm it up in a pan.

  2. Chop up the Strawberries and banana and add to the oatmeal.

  3. Add the blue berries and drop in a good full spoon of natural peanutbutter.

  4. Enjoy!
